Jessica was beyond helpful, she set up my email for me so I could get the amex card because I had no bank account, then she help me get my return for free so I could use my refund to get into a better situation, then when I thought we were done she spent almost an hour helping me get a phone thru a government program so I could use my amex card easier and get a job.
