I had a family member do my taxes in the past who was not able to do this year because of job responsibilities. I had no idea where to go, and was nervous because I recently changed my hours at work, started claiming Social Security. In addition, my company expanded and joined with another so I had two w2s and two health care forms. Everyone I know does Turbo Tax, but I wanted someone there to walk me through what I needed and to advise me. I give my service a 10 because Lori Frazier was not only knowledgeable but extremely patient and helpful. I have to admit I was disappointed in a few items I was not able to claim, and the cost vs. what I got back, however, I was given a 100.00 gift card for Walmart which I gladly accepted and used. Although I did not make an appointment for next year, I have Lori's business card and will contact her when I have my taxes ready in the coming year.
