How to file an extension with a Tax Pro
Make an appointment with your local Tax Pro
We're still open and we've got locations everywhere. With flexible hours, we make it easy to get an appointment when it fits your schedule.
Fill out the extension request form
At your appointment, your Tax Pro will review your tax docs to see if you'll owe the IRS or if you'll be due for a refund. You'll fill out the appropriate extension form for the IRS.
Come back before October 15
When you're ready to finish filing, make an appointment with your Tax Pro to file your return before the extension deadline on October 15.
