Operations Directors (ODs)  

Our franchise owners receive field support from a team of ODs assigned to specific geographic markets. Many of our ODs have been involved in the tax industry for over a decade. Through one-on-one assistance and guidance, they share their skills, experience, and best practices. The support team’s goal is to help franchisees create and implement a business plan designed to maximize the full potential of the franchise business.   

Field Consultants (FCs)  

We assign dedicated FCs to our franchisees. Our FCs work closely with the ODs, senior management, and other corporate staff to address franchisee concerns quickly and effectively. In addition, we provide franchisees with toll-free technical support and extended 24-hour support during the tax season.  

Support Center  

Our Support Center helps franchisees:

  • manage network, hardware, and operating systems
  • troubleshoot select equipment, such as printers
  • understand our full-range of financial product offerings

Franchisee web-portal  

A dedicated franchisee web-portal is available 24/7/365 to answer frequently asked questions. Known as JHnet, this Jackson Hewitt corporate intranet site, provides franchisees with quick access to reports that help them analyze and manage their business with real-time data. JHnet also provides the latest information on technology, marketing, and operations.
